Finance Customer Service Representative/Call Center- Cranberry, PA

Position Type: Direct Hire

Job Description

Mortgage Staffing Solutions is searching for full time, direct hire motivated, people-friendly Customer Service Representatives in their Cranberry, PA office. These individuals will handle incoming calls from customers who currently have existing loans with the organization, or new customers who are looking to inquire about their various options for financing.

LOCATION: Cranberry PA

PAY: DOE (base + incentive)

 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Taking applications
  • Entering data into the system
  • Collecting minor conditions from the borrower
  • Discuss and review available options with each applicant
  • Warmly transfer customer to underwriter for further discussion on each file

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Customer Service/Call Center experience in the finance industry
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Banking/Mortgage experience a huge plus
  • Team Oriented/Go-Getter attitude a MUST
  • High School diploma minimum required
  • Availability to work between the hours of 8a.m.& 8p.m. M-F
  • Some OT and weekend work as needed
